Chef Manny is from Aguascalientes Mexico, and enjoys working with people of different backgrounds. He has been part of the Maggiano’s family since 1991. Chef Manny says hands down, his favorite dish is the Beef Medallions. Originally Chef Manny fell in love with cooking because of his love for food and the patience to play with different flavors, and continues to stay intrigued by developing new generations of chefs, cooks, and teammates with those same values.
